TOO KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE
We're following all best practices and guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
Due to the recent rise in Conoravirus (COVID-19) cases across the country, we want to assure you we are putting the safety of our customers and team members first.
We’re following all best practices and guidelines for sanitation, cleanliness, and precaution as we continue to help our customers move forward.
What we are doing to stop the spread of COVID-19?
Following federal and local guidelines around social distancing and sanitization
Conducting virtual surveys instead of in-home surveys to provide estimates
Frequently sanitizing trucks and equipment
Practicing social distancing with customers and, as much as possible, among moving teams
Wearing masks and gloves
Keeping trucks stocked with hand sanitizer
Movery is closely following guidelines put in place by the federal and local governments, as well as provincial health agencies and the WHO. We also take extra safety measures, including regularly sanitizing trucks and equipment, using hand sanitizer throughout the move, and practicing social distancing with our teams and customers.
We also request no more than 2 customers are in the home while we move you.
Does someone have to come into my home to provide a Moving Quote?
No need! We are now offering virtual surveys instead of at-home surveys to provide you an estimate for your move.
Also, you can send us photos of the items that you would like us to move via WhatsApp or, you can fill out the customizable item list, send us via email and the Movery Toronto estimator will respond as soon as possible.
I have an upcoming move, is it still happening?
MOVERY IS STILL OPERATING!
While cities and states across the country have ordered the temporary closure of “non-essential” businesses, moving is listed as a "Business Permitted to Open."
If you have your upcoming move confirmed by Movery, then it is still happening unless you have heard otherwise from us.
What if I need to cancel my move due to COVID-19 in my community?
You will need to contact our office directly in the event that your scheduled move needs to be canceled or moved to a different date.
If you have any other questions regarding scheduling a move, a move you already have scheduled, or information surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and our business, we encourage you to contact our customer service directly to discuss these issues.
